Can someone explain how we even have a footage of this? Was it a security camera? If it was its kind of a bad angle to monitor the lake, isnt it? Also how is the footage so good? Those that know about cam security know that it eats up a lot of storage running that's why you record in low resolution. If it wasn't a security then who's camera was it? Who placed it perfectly for the shot? Was it him before he jumped to the dogs rescue? Was it a bystander who placed the camera on the ground and just stood there ignoring his instinct to help an old man? Call me a conspiracy nuts but that camera angle makes me ask a lot of questions. The angle just doesn't seem right especially knowing you can cover much, much more of the lake by moving the camera a little to the back instead of focusing in that one particular spot for some reason.

The camera used here is a trail camera, it was used by a nature conservationalist group in the area and they decided to post the video when they saw this footage
He's also walking the dog in the same spot where it was attacked so where's the security camera mounted on?
