GO KAVION! every time you feel tired you remember the work kobe used to put into a NoN contact sport. that man was known to be working out til 2-3 am when he had to be to practice at 6am or even a early game by noon. that man took a 20 mile bike before one time just hours before a game. kobe knew. its just like the navy seals do. you train yourself until it muscle memory. until you are so tired that you are coasting on muscle memory. and this becomes second nature. i want to kavion to be a elite rb in the league (pref for the packers). i hope even at his young age he realizes he needs to be a man and train and go all in. these millions dont come for nothing. there is ALWAYS someone trying to be the best. if you will not train that hard. someone will. if you will not learn the offense like the back of your hand, someone will. i am praying for kavions success. put the past behind you and lift yourself and your people out of that. and create a new future for them. imagine how proud your family will be when you got them in benzes and mansions.
